Hetal Bhatt started her career approximately 25 years ago in the banking industry. Within four years into her career, she moved up to becoming the Head of Credit Dept. within a major public listed bank. Hetal has a vast experience in management and human capital development.

Apart from that, her passion for learning and development led her to over 19 years of exposure to a leadership search and development programme that supports entrepreneurs to grow within a given business platform. Through this programme, she developed the passion to empower people, and help them discover their true potential. She has had the privilege to work with people from all walks of life mainly in area of creating positive self-image, emotional intelligence, goal setting, communication and interpersonal skills, people skills and leadership skills.

Hetal specialises in the training and development of Workplace Emotional Intelligence (EI), EI Leadership, Personal & Professional Resilience, Personality Discovery, Professional Business Communication, Interpersonal Skills and Workplace Relationship Management.
