A Malaysian by nationality, Sures is a seasoned professional with over 2 decades of experience in commercial areas within pharmaceutical, medical devices, hospital and clinical laboratory segments. He has gained his professional experience in leadership roles in South East Asia (Malaysia, Brunei, Myanmar, Philippines and Singapore) healthcare market. He has successfully managed and coached teams of various sizes in several major firms including MNCs. His successful track record in Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Training & Development, Coaching among others has made him one of the highly sought after leaders within the region.

Sures discovered his passion for training and coaching as a 20 year old when he had the opportunity to coach underprivileged school children. Since then, he developed a great interest in this path of life, coaching and inspiring people, bringing the best out of them and realizing his life's purpose. Sures has developed & delivered various training programmes to government & private organisations in the region. In 2020, he was recognised & awarded as one of the top trainers in Malaysia by HRDF (Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysia).

Sures has a Bachelor Degree in Biochemistry, General MBA, a Doctorate in Management and is a certified trainer. Sures is a father of 2 wonderful kids, travelled extensively around the world, an avid trekker (esp the Himalayas) and an adventure seeking soul.
